How to Place an Order

Choose Products — Browse our curated selection of long-lasting preserved flower arrangements on www.mikonaflowers.com.
Enter Delivery Details — Provide the recipient’s address, phone number, and email.
Complete Secure Payment — Pay using trusted methods available at checkout.
Order Confirmation — You’ll receive a confirmation email with all order details.
Get It Delivered — Select standard or express delivery based on your preference.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery:
- Free of charge in eligible areas (Los Angeles & nearby).
- Delivered the same day or next business day.
Express Delivery:
- Arrives within 2–3 hours of your order if placed before 4:00 PM.
- $30 surcharge applies.
- Please contact us directly via phone/WhatsApp for urgent requests.

Shipping Zones & Rates

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s address and selected shipping method.
Standard Delivery: Free in eligible areas.
Express Delivery: Additional $30 fee.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information (address, phone, and email).
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier may leave the package in a safe location or attempt redelivery at an additional cost.
We do not guarantee delivery outside of specified service areas.
